7. Framework Usage Clarification
- [ARKit]: Used for [AR object placement/scene tracking], not for face tracking.
- [Vision]: Used for [image size analysis/text recognition], not for face detection.
- [CoreImage]: Used for [color adjustment/filtering], with face detection explicitly disabled.
This application integrates the [ARKit/Vision/CoreImage] framework to support [specific functions, such as: image enhancement, AR scene rendering]. However, it will not collect, store, or transmit any facial recognition data. All image processing is completed locally on the device, and there is no involvement in facial feature analysis.
8. Facial Data Processing Instructions
- Function and Purpose: This application uses facial feature point detection technology (such as the positions of eyes, nose, and lips) to achieve real-time beauty enhancement and facial feature adjustment functions.
- Data Type: Only temporary facial feature coordinates are obtained, and no biometric data (such as facial images, iris information) is collected.
- Data Processing: All calculations are completed locally on the device, and the data will not be uploaded to the server or shared with third parties.
- Data Retention: The facial feature coordinates are immediately destroyed after the processing is completed and will not be persistently stored.
- Our app uses the TrueDepth API to collect facial feature points and depth maps solely for the purpose of enabling real‑time AR filters and effects (e.g., mask face). This data is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. Facial data is only used during the active camera session and is not stored permanently. It is immediately discarded once the session ends.
9. AI Features and Data Processing
Our application does not transmit any user data to third-party AI services. The AI functionalities within the app are entirely based on official Apple APIs (such as Core ML, Vision, etc.), with all image processing performed locally on the device. Some features may utilize Apple's cloud-based intelligence services (such as Siri or Apple's Neural Engine), but these processes are exclusively handled by Apple, and the data is not shared with any third parties.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
